The Beretta 950BS Jetfire is the original production tip-up barrel pocket pistol, chambered in .25 ACP. The BS variant added a manual thumb safety to the earlier 950B. At the height of its production it was a widely carried backup pistol among European law enforcement and intelligence services. The tip-up barrel mechanism predates the Tomcat and Bobcat by decades and the 950 is where that design originated.
