The XM-15 E2S is Bushmaster's standard carbine configuration, one of the most widely sold AR-15 variants of the 1990s and 2000s. Features a 16-inch A2-profile barrel, carbine-length gas system, and fixed or collapsible M4 stock. The E2S designation indicates the second-generation Bushmaster lower with improved components.
