The Kahr K9 is the original all-stainless steel 9mm compact from Kahr Arms, the pistol that launched the brand and established the DAO trigger system that defines Kahr's identity. The 3.5-inch stainless barrel and all-stainless frame were unusual in a compact carry pistol at 1995 introduction. The K9 predates the polymer PM and P series and remains in production as a premium steel-frame option.
