The PP-91 Kedr is a compact Russian submachine gun developed by KBP Instrument Design Bureau for interior ministry and security forces. Based on the earlier Klin design, it fires the standard 9x18mm Makarov pistol cartridge from a 30-round magazine. Compact, reliable, and inexpensive, it has been widely issued to Russian police and FSO personnel.
