The MPA BA PCR (Bolt Action Precision Chassis Rifle) Competition is a semi-custom precision chassis rifle purpose-built for PRS and similar competitions. MPA uses a Bat or Bighorn action in the company's proprietary BA chassis with a match-grade barrel from Bartlein or Proof Research. It is spec'd for competition from the factory without requiring the aftermarket investment most rifles need.
