The Mauser Model 1934 was a commercial pocket pistol, an updated version of the Model 1914, featuring a revised grip frame, reshaped grip panels, and a streamlined profile. Produced for the commercial market and private sale, it also saw some police adoption. The Model 1934 represents the mature form of Mauser's blowback pocket pistol line that began with the Model 1910. It competed with the Walther PP in the German market.
