The Pardini GP is the dominant Olympic Free Pistol of the modern era. Designed for the ISSF 50-meter Precision Pistol event, it features an adjustable electronic trigger that can be set below 1 gram, a fully anatomical adjustable grip, adjustable balance weights on the barrel, and an extremely low bore axis. Giampiero Pardini, himself a former Olympic-level shooter, designed the GP around the specific demands of the 60-shot precision event at 50 meters. Since its introduction in 1984, the GP has won the Olympic gold medal in Free Pistol at every Summer Games through 2016 — a record that stands alone in Olympic shooting history.
