The Pietta Griswold and Gunnison is a reproduction of the most produced Confederate percussion revolver, manufactured by Griswold and Gunnison of Griswoldville, Georgia. It features a brass frame, round barrel, and simplified lockwork that the Confederacy could produce with limited industrial capacity. Approximately 3,700 originals were made before the factory was destroyed by Sherman's March.
