The Savage Model 1907 was an American-made .32 ACP semi-automatic pistol that competed unsuccessfully against the Colt 1911 in the famous US Army pistol trials. A rotating barrel design with a distinctive serrated barrel rotating knob atop the slide, it offered a 10-round magazine at a time when most pocket pistols held 6–8 rounds. The Model 1907 was produced in .32 ACP and .380 ACP and sold commercially through the 1920s.
