The Yugoslav M57 is a modified copy of the Soviet TT-33 with a lengthened grip frame accommodating a 9-round magazine — one round more than the Soviet original. Manufactured by Zastava Arms in Kragujevac, Serbia, the M57 served the Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) for decades and remains in service with Serbian police and military in limited numbers.
