The Walther G22 is a semi-automatic bullpup .22 LR rifle designed for target shooting and training. The 20-inch barrel in a bullpup layout produces a compact overall package with the accuracy advantage of a long sight radius. The polymer thumbhole stock and integrated Picatinny rail were modern features for a rimfire rifle when introduced. Discontinued by Walther but remains popular on the secondary market as a lightweight plinker and trainer.
