The P99AS (Anti-Stress) is an evolved variant of the P99 with an ambidextrous decocker that allows lowering the striker to a rest position after chambering, then provides a longer DA first shot followed by short SA subsequent shots. This anti-stress mode gives shooters a more deliberate trigger for the critical first round.
