Terni Carcano M38 7.35x51mm 21.3-inch
The Carcano M38 was chambered in the new 7.35x51mm cartridge, intended to replace the 6.5x52mm with a more powerful round. WWII ammunition logistics led Italy to abandon the 7.35mm and revert to 6.5mm, making M38 production short-lived and the cartridge extremely rare.
