Vincenzo Bernardelli was an Italian firearms manufacturer founded in 1865 in Gardone Val Trompia, Brescia. The company produced a range of semi-automatic pistols, revolvers, and shotguns sold in Europe and exported to the US. The Model 60 .22 LR target pistol and P-018 9mm DA semi-auto were their primary handguns. Bernardelli also made a well-regarded line of O/U and SxS shotguns. The company closed in 1997 amid the collapse of several mid-tier Italian manufacturers.

Also recorded as Vincenzo Bernardelli, Fabbrica Italiana di Armi V. Bernardelli.
