Argentine firearms manufacturer founded in 1958 in Ramos Mejía, Buenos Aires. Known for the Thunder series — .380 ACP, 9mm, and .45 ACP semi-automatic pistols — which sold hundreds of thousands of units in the US as budget compact carry guns before import complications arose. The Thunder 380 occupies the same market as the Walther PPK but at a fraction of the price. Still widely available in South America.
