Cobra Enterprises was an American firearms manufacturer founded in 2001 in Salt Lake City, Utah, acquiring the designs and tooling from Davis Industries after its 1999 closure. Cobra produced semi-automatic pistols and derringers continuing the Davis P-series and D-series lineage, plus a Patriot series derringer. While similar in price to Davis products, Cobra introduced minor quality improvements. The company closed around 2019.
