Jennings Firearms was founded in 1978 by Bruce Jennings in Industry, California, continuing the Raven Arms tradition of inexpensive small-caliber pistols. Bryco Arms was a related company under the same ownership producing slightly larger pistols. The Jennings J-22 and J-25 were the primary models. Jennings / Bryco went bankrupt in 2003 following a major product liability lawsuit; the company was purchased out of bankruptcy and re-established as Jimenez Arms.

Also recorded as Jennings, Bryco Arms, Jennings / Bryco.
