American shotgun manufacturer founded by Charles Parker in Meriden, Connecticut in 1832. Parker Brothers produced what many consider the finest American double-barrel shotguns ever made — the Parker shotgun was the choice of affluent hunters, wing shooters, and sportsmen for generations. Acquired by Remington in 1934 and eventually discontinued. Parker guns, particularly the rare A-1 Special grade, now command six-figure prices at auction. Winchester produced a replica from 1987–1989.
Also recorded as Parker, Parker Guns.
