Phoenix Arms is an American manufacturer of low-cost semi-automatic pistols founded in 1992 in Ontario, California, continuing the Ring of Fire tradition after buying rights from Raven Arms. Their HP22A and HP25A are simple, inexpensive .22 LR and .25 ACP semi-automatic pistols popular as first handguns and plinkers. Unlike most Ring of Fire predecessors, Phoenix Arms remains in business and has a relatively better reputation for quality consistency.

Also recorded as Phoenix.
