Raven Arms was a Southern California firearms manufacturer founded around 1970 by George Jennings in Industry, California. Raven produced the Model P-25, a simple .25 ACP semi-automatic pistol that became one of the best-selling handguns in the United States through the 1970s and 1980s. The P-25 was inexpensive, lightweight, and while functional, was not known for quality or accuracy. Raven Arms is considered the founding company of the "Ring of Fire" cluster of related manufacturers. The company closed in 1991 when founder George Jennings sold to his son Bruce Jennings, who founded Jennings Firearms.
