Stallard Arms was a small Ohio-based manufacturer founded in 1991 that produced the JS-9mm pistol, a cheap semi-automatic handgun. Stallard is notable primarily as the direct predecessor to Hi-Point Firearms — the company and its designs were acquired and restructured into Hi-Point in 1992-1993. The Stallard JS-9mm design evolved into the Hi-Point C9.
