United States Firearms Manufacturing Company (USFA) was founded in 1992 in Hartford, Connecticut in the original Colt factory complex. USFA specialized in historically accurate reproductions of Colt Single Action Army revolvers and other 19th century firearms, machined on period-correct tooling to exacting specifications. Their SAA reproductions are considered superior to Italian imports and competitive with Colt's own production for historical fidelity. USFA also made the ZIP .22 pistol — one of the most unusual and universally criticized firearm designs in modern history. The company closed around 2012.

Also recorded as United States Firearms, USFA Manufacturing, United States Firearms Manufacturing Company.
