We photograph it, write the condition report, and list it in the store and to our buyer network. You net 85% however the buyer pays — card fees come out of our side. If it hasn’t sold by day 90, we close it out together: drop the price, take our cash offer, or pick it up (pickup is legally a transfer — paperwork and background check apply).
