Fegyver és Gázkészülékgyár (FEG) is a Hungarian state firearms manufacturer founded in 1891 in Budapest. FEG produced military and police sidearms for Hungary and Warsaw Pact allies throughout the Cold War. Their PA-63 was the standard Hungarian military pistol, chambered in 9mm Makarov. The FEG Hi-Power clones (PJK-9HP, GKK-45) are widely regarded as excellent copies of the Browning Hi-Power. FEG also produced the AP-MBP pistol for export. Cold War-era FEG pistols imported to the US before the import bans are moderately collectible. The company continues as part of the Hungarian defense industry.
Also recorded as Fegyver és Gázkészülékgyár, FEG Budapest, FÉG (Fegyver és Gépgyár), Fegyver és Gépgyár.
