History: Adopted in 1927 for the Enfield No.2 Mk I revolver, the .380/200 used a .38 S&W case with a 200-grain bullet to meet British military specifications. It served throughout World War II alongside the Webley Mk IV revolver also rechambered for this cartridge. Post-war it was replaced by the 9mm Parabellum.
