FN Herstal FN Five-seveN 5.7x28mm 4.82-inch
The FN Five-seveN is a polymer-frame pistol chambered in the proprietary 5.7x28mm cartridge, developed alongside the P90 PDW to share ammunition. The armor-piercing SS190 duty cartridge is restricted to military and law enforcement sales. The civilian variant fires the SS197SR sporting cartridge. Low recoil and high velocity make it distinctive among service pistols.
