Les Baer Prowler III

The Prowler III is a longslide 6-inch target pistol built for bullseye competition and maximum mechanical accuracy from the 45 ACP cartridge. The extended slide adds mass that smooths the recoil pulse and the longer barrel pushes velocity and sight radius to the practical limit of a 1911-pattern gun. Baer fits the barrel and bushing to tolerances that would be rejected as too tight by most production manufacturers.
