Smith & Wesson Model 48 .22 WMR 6-inch K-Frame Classic

The S&W Model 48 K-22 WMR with 6-inch barrel is the full-length target configuration of the K-frame .22 WMR revolver. Produced from 1959 to the 1980s alongside the .22 LR K-22, the Model 48 provided the .22 WMR cartridge in a target shooting format. The 6-inch barrel maximizes velocity and provides an excellent sight radius for the rimfire Magnum cartridge.
