Smith & Wesson Model 649 .357 Mag 2-inch
The Model 649 Bodyguard Stainless is an all-stainless J-frame with a shrouded hammer, chambered in .357 Magnum. It combines the snag-reducing partial hammer shroud of the Bodyguard design with the power of the .357 Magnum cartridge and the corrosion resistance of stainless steel. It is heavier than alloy-frame counterparts but maximally durable.
