Vis Radom VIS wz. 35 9mm
The Polish VIS wz. 35, commonly called the Radom, was the standard Polish military sidearm at the outbreak of WWII. Designed by Piotr Wilniewczyc and Jan Skrzypiński, it was one of the finest military pistols of the pre-WWII era — robust, accurate, and ergonomically excellent. After Germany occupied Poland in 1939, production continued at the Radom factory under German oversight. German-occupation Radoms (marked P.35(p)) are WWII artifacts distinct from pre-war Polish examples.
