Mossberg 590 Shockwave 12 Gauge
The 590 Shockwave uses a 14-inch barrel and Shockwave Raptor pistol grip to produce an overall length of 26.37 inches — legally a "firearm" under the NFA rather than a shotgun or short-barreled shotgun, requiring no NFA registration. Compact, powerful, and highly controversial, it became a runaway sales hit.
