Remington 870 Super Magnum 12 Gauge
The 870 Super Magnum brought 3.5-inch chamber capability to the 870 action, enabling the use of maximum-payload waterfowl loads. The receiver is slightly wider than standard 870s to accommodate the longer hull; 870 Super Magnum barrels are not interchangeable with standard 870 barrels.
