Ruger No. 1 .375 H&H 26-inch
The Ruger No. 1 Tropical in .375 H&H Magnum is a heavyweight falling-block single-shot rifle with a quarter-rib express sight system designed for dangerous game hunting in Africa and Asia. The No. 1 Tropical configuration features a 26-inch heavy barrel, quarter rib with folding express sights, and a full-length stock to the fore-end tip. The .375 H&H Magnum is the minimum legal caliber for dangerous game in most African jurisdictions, and the No. 1 handles it with the strength of a falling-block action that never suffers the bolt failures that occasionally occur in conventional rifles.
