MKE (Makina ve Kimya Endüstrisi Kurumu) is a Turkish state enterprise and arms manufacturer founded in 1950. MKE produces firearms for Turkish military and police forces and also exports. Their AT-4 pistol is a Turkish-manufactured copy of the Walther P1/P38. The T94 is a Turkish copy of the HK MP5. MKE also produces the Kirrikale pistol (Walther PP pattern) and various other military weapons. Limited quantities of MKE firearms have been imported to the US.
